When you look at the headlines it doesn't seem too surprising that another technology company is in the news.

For companies and government departments you need to be thinking of your data as you progress your journeys.  As a consumer its very frustrating having to input duplicate data or input data thats not relevant, however i'm only going to input data if I believe and trust my data will be managed securely.

With the pending GDPR regulations consumers will be able to ask for a copy of their personal data, you need to ensure you have the tools and processes in place to manage this.
